What we collect
When you fill in one of our enquiry forms we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, the subject and message of your enquiry, how you heard about us, and whether you would like to receive news and updates. If you attach photos or documents to the contact form, we collect those files too.
When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share with us.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a survey or quotation, and to carry out any work you ask us to do. If you tick the box to sign up for news and updates, we will also send you occasional updates. You can ask us to stop at any time.
We use your details to respond to you and to take the steps you ask for before any contract between us. Where you have signed up for news and updates, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. A small number of service providers help us run this website and only handle your information on our instructions:
Resend, which delivers the enquiries sent through our website forms to us by email.
Vercel, which hosts this website and stores any files you attach to the contact form.
Seonat Ltd, which looks after this website for us and receives a copy of each enquiry to make sure it reaches us.
Our email provider, which holds the emails we send and receive.
Some of these providers may handle information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry. If you become a customer, we keep records of the work we carried out for as long as we need to for guarantees, insurance and our legal and tax obligations.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people look at, and to record when an enquiry form is sent (which form, never what you wrote). It tells us nothing about who you are. If you reject or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set. The Google reviews and partner logos on some pages are displayed by Elfsight, which loads them from its own servers and from Google when you view the page.
